Fairview, Utah Schools: Every School Serving Fairview Families
Schooling in Fairview is simple, and that's one of the things families like most about it. The town has one public school, Fairview Elementary. After sixth grade, every Fairview student goes on to the same middle school and the same high school as the rest of north Sanpete County. There's no patchwork of boundaries and no lottery. Every address in town feeds the same three schools.
All public schools serving Fairview belong to North Sanpete School District, with district offices at 220 East 700 South, Mt. Pleasant, (435) 462-2485.
Fairview's School Path
| Grades | School | Location |
|---|---|---|
| K–6 | Fairview Elementary | 651 East 150 North, Fairview, UT 84629 · (435) 427-9204 |
| 7–8 | North Sanpete Middle School | 655 East 100 South, Moroni, UT 84646 · (435) 436-8206 |
| 9–12 | North Sanpete High School | 390 East 700 South, Mt. Pleasant, UT 84647 · (435) 462-2452 |
Fairview Elementary (K–6) is the only school inside Fairview, and most of the town's streets are within about a mile of it. Sixth graders stay at the elementary rather than moving to a middle school.
North Sanpete Middle School (7–8) in Moroni is where every 7th and 8th grader in the district comes together, from Fairview, Mt. Pleasant, Moroni, Spring City, Fountain Green and Wales. District buses run the route down the valley.
North Sanpete High School (9–12) in Mt. Pleasant, home of the Hawks, is the district's one comprehensive high school. It's about 8 miles south of Fairview on US-89.

Parent Questions
Which schools will my child attend if I buy in Fairview?
Fairview Elementary, then North Sanpete Middle in Moroni, then North Sanpete High in Mt. Pleasant. That's true for every home inside town.
How do I check which schools a specific address feeds?
For homes in town, the answer above holds. For acreage or cabins outside city limits, call North Sanpete School District at (435) 462-2485 with the property address and ask for the school and the nearest bus stop. I check this for my buyers before they write an offer.
Can my child attend a different school?
Yes. North Sanpete accepts open enrollment applications for schools outside your boundary, subject to space. Transportation to a school outside your boundary isn't guaranteed.
Do schools affect home values in Fairview?
Not within town, since every Fairview home feeds the same schools. What moves value here is lot size, water rights and water shares, outbuildings, condition, and how close a home is to Fairview Elementary for families who want to walk.
Where can I see test scores?
The Utah School Report Card is the state's own yearly data on each school. After that, visit the school and meet the principal.
